Helix is switching from CMiC Daily Journals to Riskcast for Field/Crew time Timesheet Entry & capturing Units. ConstructIT will build an integration between Riskcast and CMiC E-time to import timesheets into CMiC. This integration is only applicable to Helix Field team members. All time coming from Riskcast will be jobcosted.

Helix Office employees will use Dimensions (UKG/Chronos Product) app for their timesheet capture.

Helix field employees will use Dimensions for punch in and punch out activities, at this time.

Phase 1

Timesheet Integration Process:

1. CIT will read time from Riskcast API and will import the time directly into E-Time as an unposted timesheet.
   1. CIT to use a fat view on the timesheet record, when you create the hour, CMiC calculates the pay rate, charge rate and bill rate and stores it.
   2. CIT will need the following information to proceed:
      1. Company
      2. Employee
      3. Hour Type
      4. Trade Code (optional)
      5. Date (gets mapped to specific day of the pay period)
   3. If the integration pulls invalid timesheet data (job, phase or category) that doesn’t exist, then that record will not push thru into CMiC.
